Suresh Ramamurthy, MD

Dr Ramamurthy was born and raised in India. He was one of the top rank holders in his state in high school and was awarded merit scholarship for medical education. He completed medical school in his hometown and later moved to US to complete residency training in Internal Medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin.

Students at the Medical College of Wisconsin chose him as one of the best teaching Resident. For his fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases, he trained at the Aurora Sinai Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has done extensive research and had presentations at national meetings conducted by American College of Cardiology and American Society of Nuclear Medicine. He was an active member of Heart failure treatment quality improvement committee at Aurora Sinai Medical Center, Wisconsin.

He understands and highly values the role of his mentors, nurses and clinic staff. He firmly believes in educating patients about their health and being available to answer their questions, concerns clearly and with compassion.

Dr. Ramamurthy is board eligible in Cardiology, echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology. His clinical interest includes ischemic heart disease, heart failure and peripheral vascular disease.

He enjoys spending time with family, music, cooking and traveling.
